Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at TOYOGO. We appreciate your continued support and want to ensure you enjoy a rewarding experience when exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products — whether at TOYOGO Supermart, a TOYOGO Outlet, or via the TOYOGO Customer Centre. (To make it visually easier on both of us, we'll refer to these entities as the "TOYOGO Store" in this policy.)


As with any shopping experience, some terms and conditions apply to transactions at a TOYOGO Store. We'll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at a TOYOGO Store, you agree to the terms set forth below, along with TOYOGO's Privacy Policy (Opens in a new window) and Terms & Conditions (Opens in a new window).


🛍️ Standard Return Policy


At TOYOGO, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with every product you purchase. Our products are designed with customer feedback and extensive R&D. To help you make the right choice, we encourage you to visit our showrooms to see and feel the products before purchase.


💳 Refund Policy
  • Refunds are not accepted, as this helps us keep our prices low.

  • Exceptions may apply for out-of-stock items, manufacturing defects, or duplicate payments/orders. If a refund is approved, a platform fee will be deducted.


✅ Exchange Eligibility
  • Please notify us within three (3) working days of receiving your product [by submitting our Webform] with an image of your Proof of Purchase. Once notified, you will have up to five (5) working days, starting from the next working day to complete the exchange at our designated locations.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all attachments (e.g., wheels).

  • Items returned with missing packaging or showing signs of tampering (e.g., packaging removed, labels/stickers pasted) will incur a handling fee of $1 per item or 10% of the item’s price, whichever is higher.

  • Used, dirty, damaged, or incomplete items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Exchanges are accepted only at our TOYOGO Corporate HQ. However, items purchased from the TOYOGO Bedok Wholesale Outlet can only be exchanged at the Bedok Wholesale Outlet


🔄 Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for items of equal or higher value. For higher-value items, a top-up is required.

  • Maximum of 1 exchange allowed per order.


🚚 Logistics & Fees
  • A convenience fee of $20 per trip may apply for courier pick-up or return collection upon customer request.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items / Non-Exchangeable Items
  • Electronics, liquids, detergents, personal-use items etc.

  • TOYOGO Gift Voucher.

  • Products with packaging removed.

  • Requests for cancellation or exchange after three (3) days will not be entertained.


 


 


📦 Self-Collection Policy


We are pleased to offer a self-collection service for your convenience. To ensure a smooth experience for all customers, please adhere to the following terms:


Order Cut-off time: 

Orders placed before 2pm will be processed on the same day, orders after the cut-off time will be processed on the following working day. 

Self-collection time:
Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM
(Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays)

Collection Period: Paid orders must be collected within 14 calendar days from the date of the order confirmation email notifying you that your order is ready for collection.

Reminders: We will send two (2) reminder emails/SMS messages before the collection deadline expires.

Storage Fee: Orders not collected within the initial 14-day period will be considered late. Late collections will incur a fee of S$5 per CBM (minimum of 1 CBM) per day, capped at 4 weeks.

Order Cancellation & Refund: Orders not collected within 45 days will be considered abandoned, and the order will be cancelled.
A refund will be processed as follows:

The order value minus the accumulated storage fees (max at 4 weeks, or capped at the order value, whichever is lower) and a fixed S$15 administrative/restocking fee.
